Corrections policy

Corrections should be visible, specific, and useful.

Agent Roth welcomes good-faith reports of factual errors, broken official-source links, unclear wording, or tax-year details that may need review.

What to include

Identify the page URL, quote or describe the statement at issue, explain the concern, and link to a primary source when one is available. Do not send account numbers, tax returns, Social Security numbers, passwords, or other sensitive financial records.

How reports are reviewed

A report is checked against the cited source and other applicable primary guidance. Agent Roth may clarify language, replace a source, add a missing year, correct a factual statement, or conclude that the existing explanation is supportable.

How updates are recorded

A material content change updates the visible modified date. A source-only verification may update the sources-verified date without changing the original publication date. Routine builds, formatting changes, and unrelated site releases do not create fake freshness.

Professional-review boundary

Correction review is an editorial and source check. It does not imply review by a CPA, attorney, investment adviser, tax preparer, fiduciary, or government agency unless a real reviewer is explicitly named and linked.
