Privacy
Your information deserves a narrow purpose.
Agent Roth is designed to minimize the personal information it collects and explain what happens when you submit information through the site.
Information used for an estimate
The Roth calculator uses retirement-planning inputs such as state, household status, age, account balances, Social Security timing and estimate, income estimates, lifestyle-income need, contributions, and an illustrative growth assumption. The 529 calculator uses state, student age, college timing and cost assumptions, a coverage goal, education savings, contributions, and illustrative return and inflation assumptions. The retirement-income calculator uses state, ages, savings, contributions, desired and reliable income, a planning horizon, and return and inflation assumptions. The Rule of 72 calculator uses state, a starting amount, an assumed annual return, and a comparison horizon. Contact details are requested separately from each calculator.
Site measurement
Agent Roth uses Google Analytics measurement to understand page visits and funnel performance. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or detailed calculator answers to analytics tools.
The Agent Roth Brief
If you submit a newsletter form, Agent Roth uses the first name, last name, and email address you provide to send The Agent Roth Brief. Joining the newsletter does not authorize automated calls or texts. You may unsubscribe from any newsletter email.
Callback requests
If you ask an advisor to reach out from your results page, Agent Roth uses the name, phone, email, preferred weekday, preferred time of day, and report context you submit to fulfill that request. The selected window is a preference rather than a guaranteed appointment. This request does not enroll you in automated calls, texts, or marketing emails.
Report delivery and advisor contact
On the Roth report-delivery screen, clicking “View my report” submits the visible contact fields and questionnaire answers to the configured lead destination before displaying the report. The 529, retirement-income, and Rule of 72 delivery screens submit the visible contact fields and state, but do not place detailed calculator answers into Roth-specific lead fields. A separate “Skip and view results” control displays any report without submitting contact fields. A callback request is a request for a person to respond; it does not enroll you in automated calls, texts, or marketing emails.
Data protection and retention
The production system is intended to encrypt contact information, restrict access by role, avoid personal information in analytics logs, and retain identifiable lead data only for legitimate operational and compliance purposes. Service providers may process information only to support the functions described here.
Your choices
You may skip report contact fields, request access or deletion, unsubscribe from email, and ask that follow-up stop. These choices do not change the educational nature of the calculator.
