Educational disclosures
An estimate is a starting point—not advice.
Agent Roth provides general education and simplified illustrations. It does not provide tax, legal, investment, financial, Medicare, or Social Security advice.
Hypothetical projections
Projection values use simplified assumptions entered by a user. They are not forecasts, promises, or transaction instructions. Actual results may differ because of taxes, fees, withdrawals, contributions, inflation, market performance, account rules, and personal circumstances.
No conversion recommendation
A score, planning window, scenario, or priority label only identifies general factors that may be worth reviewing. It does not recommend whether, when, or how much to convert, or which account or investment to use.
No 529 plan recommendation
A projected education cost, funding gap, progress percentage, or additional monthly amount does not recommend a 529 plan, contribution, investment, school, or savings strategy. The 529 illustration omits plan fees, state rules, financial aid, taxes, penalties, and changes in costs or attendance.
No retirement-income guarantee
A modeled income gap, depletion age, years-funded figure, or additional monthly amount is not a safe-withdrawal, savings, investment, Social Security, pension, or retirement recommendation. Average-return illustrations do not capture the order of market returns and may differ materially from actual experience.
Rule of 72 is an approximation
The Rule of 72 is a mathematical shortcut for estimating doubling time under a constant positive return. The comparison is not a forecast, does not imply that an entered return is achievable or appropriate, and excludes contributions, withdrawals, fees, taxes, inflation, and changing market returns.
Tax and retirement rules change
Federal and state tax rules, required minimum distribution ages, Medicare income-related adjustments, Social Security taxation, and account eligibility rules can change. Verify current guidance with official sources and appropriately qualified professionals.
Professional conversations
An introductory conversation may help you identify assumptions and questions to review. It does not by itself create a tax, legal, advisory, fiduciary, or investment relationship, and no outcome is guaranteed.
